2. Association Account & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials and for all activities that occur under your association’s account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all content uploaded (member data, documents, etc.).
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Data Privacy & Security

We take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using BENOPRO, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
